Reflection
Overall, this project included the process of research, planning, and production, along with refinement, changes, and reflection on important moments. This project taught me not only how to edit, but also allowed me to dive deeper into the romance genre and understand the conventions it uses. Blogging also improved my ability to explain my ideas and communicate them more clearly. In addition, the CCR allowed me to reflect on my work using different digital formats such as director commentaries. The focus was on using these tools creatively to think critically about the production while answering the required questions.

post-production (editing) of CCRs
During my post-production (editing) of CCRs, editing was time-consuming. First, downloaded all the necessary videos that I wanted in my CCR video. Not just production videos but also integrating additional voice-overs and pictures to put all together my CCR video. Plus adding multiple pictures and sounds to give an effect to the production all together.

Production of CCRs
During my CCR production, I decided to do a question-and-answer little script. Having all the CCR questions in a cup, then picking out a question, reading it to the audience and answering it. The name of this show is "Unravel". Basically, you are unraveling the question and giving the audience a well-completed answer.
In this production, I decided to go with a corner wall shot, illustrating just me in a chair and a cup with the questions. I tried to make the lighting as bright as possible so shadowing wasn't a problem, but I tried to the best of my abilities.

Drive-Through KaraoGe
My official idea is called Drive-Through KaraoGe. As I am the host, I will invite the main actors to a Karaoke session in a car while driving through places to eat, either getting food, beverages, and dessert, all while answering CCR questions and more. The title of my podcast would be Drive-Through KaraoGe. The G represents my nickname, G. The guest will select a tiny piece of paper from a jar. Once they open, the paper will determine the drive-through destination. There will be three jars, for food, beverage, plus dessert. Once we all have our food and answered every question necessary, our guest will give us a food, beverage, and dessert review on each item they purchased. My inspiration for this idea is from James Corden's Carpool Karaoke.

CCR #3- How did your production skills develop throughout this product?
- In every filmmaking process, having production skills is crucial for developing a project of your own. When researching production skills its important to have the following: gear time management, problem solving, team dynamics, software grinds, and critique feedback. For gear time management, gaining muscle memory by practicing with the cameras, lights, and even audio gear in the field. Now for problem solving, learning how to adjust when the gear breaks, the weather isn't on your side, or even when the schedule slips. Next, team dynamics, coordinating with different departments to keep this unified creative vision. To keep going, software grinds are important to master editing and project management tools through repetitive use. Lastly, critique feedback, clear techniques based on professional feedback, and failed processes.

"Throughout this project, my production skills developed tremendously in this project, with a better understanding of the genre on a deeper level, to researching costuming and having the right sound escape. Having to find the right lighting to set the tone for the scene. The amount of new things I've learned and created in this skill development truly puts the piece all together. Mainly, however, this process has developed a sense of realization in a way, almost seeing this deeper meaning to almost everything that I learn, not just skimming the surface if you know what I mean."

CCR #2- How does your project engage with audiences, and how would it be distributed as a real media text?
- To engage your audience, the creators need to identify 5 major concepts in the romance sphere- target audience analysis, distribution channels, marketing and promotion, releasing timing, and synergy. For target audience analysis, it's essential to identify a core audience for any romance film, including age, gender, and viewing habits. For distribution channels its important to select the right platform for your media content, such as theatrical releases, streaming services, or even DVD sales, its all based on audience preferences. Next, for Marketing and Promotion, it is important to gather campaigns that highlight the emotional and thematic elements of the film to attract viewers. Now releasing time, choosing optimal release dates, such as Valentine's Day or a romantic holiday season, to capitalize on audience sentiment. Last, Partnership and Collaboration, working with distributors, streaming platforms, and promotional partners to amplify reach.
Age range- PG- 13 and up
Gender- Feminine side more

Questioner- Next, how does your project engage with audiences, and how would it be distributed as a real media text?
Me- Well, as you can see, it's important to engage an audience with any film you make, with my film, I plan to engage my audience. First, I’m focusing on the little important moments. In this two-minute film, you don't have time for a grand romance section. I want to capture those small, universal gestures, like a hesitant glance or body language that make the audience say, "I’ve felt exactly like that," or even "I want to feel that a moment like that". Secondly, I'm using warm, soft lighting to create a sense of intimacy, making the viewer feel like they are intruding on a private moment. It pulls them in physically as much as emotionally in a way.
My film will be distributed on the platform "Hybrid Distribution Models: The best of both worlds." Romance lives and dies by chemistry. However, regardless of the platform I choose, I would plan on using TikTok and Instagram Reels to post little micro moments like 10 second clips of a lingering look or a first kiss, and will link those directly to my distribution platform.

Post-production pt-2
SOUND- Sound is the most underrated technique in many films. In this production editing post this will be entirely on sound. Since the original videos I had didn't demonstrate the sounds I wanted, I had to download some sounds myself, like fast footsteps, someone sneezing, and the bumping into each other sound, and make sure the volume of each sound was appropriate for the scene.
- Fast Footsteps
-Background noise of the hallway
- Bumping into one another
- Faded sound with slow mo
-Sneeze
